Volvo: steering hard to turn, power steering fluid leak, volvo 850 glt

Hi, The steering on my Volvo 850 GLT is hard to turn, it was fine a week ago, I thought maybe it was the cold weather but it is doing it all the time.
Also where can I find an owners manual the car did not come with one.

There might be a power steering fluid leak and all the fluid is gone, or the pump has failed. I have seen the crankshaft pulley slip and that will slow the spinning of the belt causing the steering to be tough to turn. Go to a Volvo shop for them to inspect it. Try a few salvage yards for your owner manual, or contact a dealer.
