Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: Ford Van Rear AC Blower, conversion company, conversion van

I have a conversion van, E150 year 2000. The rear ac blower motor is shot but have no idea where to find a replacement. I assume the conversion company bought a third part unit.  Any suggestions.  There is part number on the blower assembly, but not the motor itself.

I would first try the dealership with the number found on the part and see if anything matched up with them if not then I would call I would call the company who made your van and see if they know where to find a replacement blower for your van.
