Volvo: Replacing rear deck speakers in 2000 S80., salvage yard, seat bottom

I am trying to find detailed instructions on how to replace the 8" rear deck speakers in my wife's 2000 S80.  Also, besides paying an arm and a leg to get replacements from the dealership, do you know where I can find speakers?

Remove the rear seat back and bottom. Then you will see how the hat shielf comes off. Side bolsters push inward and lift up to remove. Seat bottom pull up at front lower edge both sides. Seat back has electrical connection and a bolt outside edges. you might try a few salvage yard for speakers, but I doubt you could be assured of "perfect" speakers.
