Volvo: hard starting, coolant temp, noid light

Question
93 Volvo 940 Turbo is very hard to start when cold. ECT indicated by code 224 from test socket 6. Very faint to non-existant noid light at fuel injectors. I get 4.something K across two terminals of ECT but no conductance to body (ground). It seems Alldata indicates there should be. Do they fail this way? I have good compression and good residual fuel pressure. Any help would be much appreciated.

Answer
Dan,
Injectors rarely fail. There is a "radio supression relay" that is the power supply to the injectors. Black relay left or right shock tower area four terminals. How are the ground wires at the intake manifold? The code you have is for the coolant temp sensor, so if that keeps coming back replace the sensor.
