Volvo: WONT START, fuel pump relay, fuse block

Question
QUESTION: I CHECKED ALL THICK RED WIRES LIKE YOU SAID ...ALL CONECTED. I STILL HAVE NO SPARK, AND NO GAS TO THE ENGINE , NO FUEL PUMP , NO VOLTAGE TO THE COIL ON EITHER SIDE. HOWEVER IF I JUMP 12 VOLTS TO ONE SIDE OF THE COIL I DO GET I SPARK AT THE PLUG HOW IT SHOULD, I SPRAY STARTING FLUID ....AND SHE RUNS STRONG UNTILL IT BURNS THE FLUID.

ANSWER: Ronnie,
If by spraying carb spray in the intake it runs, there is spark. The injectors may not be operating. Look for a small Bosch power stage on the inner fender well 0 227 100 124. Make sure it is plugged in. If it is it may be defective. Easiest way to test is a known good one.

QUESTION: o.k. i will try this...however i still have the problem with the fuel pump , and coil. i have all accesories in the car working fine, but i dont have power to thye coil , or fuel system. the car was running fine untill one day  it ran out of gas. after that it never has started again. is there a main fuse block, fusable link or cut off????

Answer
Ron,
There is a main fuse box either behind the ash tray or far left end of dash on the side. No fusible links. You might also want to replace the fuel pump relay. Still the baffling thing here is the car runs with carb spray. If there is no spark what makes it run?
