found fuse now its like the timing is off checked belt dist cap wires plugs almost starts just will not hold idle moved timing did improve slight bit

Sure that you did not miss something? I say that because I agree timing is a big issue. You are sure the belt is right you took it apart to line all the marks? How about all the injectors are they all spraying? Maybe some are clogged. Is the running off idle smooth? There will be some trail and error and a lot of testing, but sounds as if you are going in the right direction. You might also need the help of an on site Volvo tech. Sometimes just a good inspection by someone that works on those cars can help.
