Volvo: Bevel Gear, Rear Axle & AOC fluid change, xc 70, tube extension

Question
I have a 2006 XC-70 and recently changed the fluids in the Bevel Gear, Rear Axle and Haldex AOC using a MityVac hand pump witha 1/4 inch tube extension inserted into the respective fill/drain openings. The car was warm and I used ramps. Here's what I experienced:
1. Bevel gear. I removed about 400cc of fluid but it took about 800cc to fill it up to the bottom of the edge of the opening.

2. Rear Axle. This was the hardest one to insert the tube into and I could only remove about 500cc. I put about 900cc in to fill it to the bottom edge of the fill opening.

3. Haldex AOC. I was only able to remove about 150cc but it took about 300cc to refill to the bottom of the fill opening.

The Haldex AOC capacity is specified as 800cc but I could only remove 150cc. Did I add too much by bringing the level up to the bottom edge of the opening and can overfilling cause a problem to the AWD?

The same question applies to the BG and axle. Thanks for your help......

Answer
Mark,
I really do not have much experience on the model you have, but I did hear of a couple of cars that the trans and final drive have leaked internally and caused a failure. Direct your problem to a dealer provide them the VIN number and see if there have been any recalls or problems.         Bevel Gear Capacity    0.7 liters
I do not have a listing on any other capacities, sorry.
