Volvo: 94 volvo 850 4dr turbo 5cyl, radiator leaks, ball joints

Does this particular model have any known problems? I am looking to purchase this one because it only has 43000 miles on it.

Rear main and front pump seals tend to leak. Lifters get nosiey if the oil was not changed enough. Radiator leaks, heater core leaks. Ball joints, brakes and rotors, motor mounts. By all means have the car inspected by a Volvo shop so they can provide a list of good things and bad...
