Here is another AW30-40 problem. Shifts ok when cold, but after about 15 min it starts slipping. Feels as if it is out of gear. RPM revves to greater than 2k, with little or no foward pull. Changed the PNP switch and changed fluid. Also have noticed the turn signal lights on dash both come on at same time when this happens. The up-arrow ocasionally comes on. This is really bugging me. Any help, PLEASE, will be most appreciated. Tom

First read the codes in the system and see what they are. Then you need to repiar those faults. That should make it work agian. Now if the fluid is burnt and dark, there maybe too much wear internally and you will need a reman trans. First read those codes and see what repairs are needed. If the codes lead to the internal parts of the trans, go with a reman unit.
