Volvo: 1995 volvo 850 turbo wont start, fuel pump relay, volvo 850

Question
i have a volvo 850 turbo has been running great last week i used another vehicle for the day when i came home and tryed to start the volvo it just would not turn over it has power lights and everything. but when you turn the key you just get the starter trying but no firing of the ignition. then later that evening when the outside tempature cooled it worked fine. now a few days later i'm having the same problem but it has not started with it cool or hot outside. Any ideas on what this could be would be helpful.

Answer
Anthony,
So you say that you have no spark how about fuel pressure? Read any codes in the system and see where they lead. The cam sensor or flywheel pickup, maybe the fuel pump relay.  Are the cap, rotor and wires in good condition? Is the battery power to low turning the engine over too slowly to start. If you have cranked it several times it maybe flooded. Pull out the plugs dry them off and squirt a small amount of oil into each cylinder to regain that compression that was lost to flooding the engine and washing out the cylinder walls.
