Volvo: replacing antenna mast 1999 Volvo S70, antenna mast, volvo s70

My antenna does not go down, motor runs for a few seconds.  The antenna mast needs replacing.  How do I replace new one?  Thank you, Mark

Take the cap off turn on the radio and help the antenna out. Watch the position of the plastic tail piece, replacing the new mast in the same direction. Feed the mast into the motor until it stops and turn off the radio feeding the new mast into the motor as winds up the mast tail piece and antenna.
