Volvo: Volvo V70, volvo v70 wagon, obdii scan tool

Question
Hello Ray, I have a 2000 Volvo V70 wagon.  The check engine light has been on for an O2 sensor, recently the engine started running rough and the check engine light has begun to flash.  I used the OBDII scan tool and the report was a misfire on cyl #2.  I checked the plugs, #2 was fouled more than the others.  I replaced the plugs and the problem is still present.  I thought I would move the coil to another cylinder and check with the scan tool to see if the problem has moved to the new cylinder, then the obvious fix would be to buy a new coil.  Am I on track or is it time to bring the car to the dealer?  It has 225K miles on it but has been regularly maintained.
Also the car for a time before the check engine light came on ran rough when coming to a stop almost like it would stall, dropped rpm and then came back up pretty quick to normal, it actually stalled out a couple of times.
While I am here.... the car sometimes will not start and if I remove the key, turn it around and reinsert it, viola it starts.????? Whats up with this.  Love the car and cannot afford a new one right now.  Thanks in advance.
Bill

Answer
Bill,
There has been a number of problems with the coils and wires. With the mileage the car has it is time to replace the coils and wires.
The rough running and stalling could be the electronic throttle housing, there has been a lot of failures of that control unit.
The starting might be the antenna ring on the ignition lock, you may want to test for codes.
