-----Question-----
my 91 240 was running fine then it shut off while i was driving it started right back up so i got it home the next morning it wouldn't start at all i am getting spark at the coil but not at the plugs the cap , rotor , and wires have been changed any ideas
-----Answer-----
Tim,
Check for fault codes and see if possibly there is a code for the flywheel pick up. That code should be 214. While cranking the engine over make sure that the main fuel pump and the feed pump are running. Those pumps will not set codes.

Answer
Flywheel pick up and crank sensor same thing. Is there power at the coil, blue terminal, key on? Does the test light flash while cranking on the red/white side? Have you replaced the pump relay? Possibly the power stage. Will car start with the mass air flow sensor unplugged?
