Volvo: 1994 Volvo 850 turbo, windshield wash, volvo 850

Hi there,

We don't have access to any sort of maintenance manuel for our 94 Volvo so I have a couple of basic questions:

1) What type of oil should we be using?
2) What should the ideal tire pressure be set at?
3) Can we use a generic windshield wash fluid, the cap on the fluid holder said to put in some specialized stuff?

A good name brand of oil will be best. Use the proper grade according to tempature conditions. The shop that changes the oil will be able to advise you on that.
32 psi for tires front and rear should work. Read the side wall of the tire for options. Also look inside the gas door for a tag.
Any washer fluid set for the tempature conditions will give the best results.
