My Windscreen wipers and washer will not switch off.  I pulled the handle toward me to wash the screen and now they are on all the time

The washer handle may be broken and stuck in the on position or the system relay has shorted out. Best advice get to the dealer and have them take look and preform some tests. It is possible to check and remove the appropate fuse to turn them off until you get to the dealer.
