Volvo: 2000 Volvo Engine Mounts, volvo engine, 2000 volvo s40

I have a 2000 Volvo S40 1.9T with (from what I am told) bad engine mounts.  How much typicaly is it to replace these.  The problem I am having is bad virbation from inside the car at idle.  Once the car is moving, no vibration.  

Also, the flex pipe on my exhaust is virtually disconnected from the exhaust pipe.  It just looks like one of the clamps are missing.  How possible is it to fix this?

I do the mount job for $500.00 +/- $50.00
Replace the missing clamp and see how that works. If that will not fit it you need a new pipe. Are you sure that a clamp is missing? The flex piece may just be broken away from the pipe, meaning a new pipe is in order.
