Volvo: car, toyata cars, good cars

so thinking about getting rid of volvo 1985 wagon for toyota 92 or younger just keep on putting money into car?

There comes a time when the car requires a lot of work and then it is time to consider trading it in. Maybe a tech somewhere would want the car for a "project". I am not sure about the Toyata cars, I do however understand that they are fairly good cars.
