how do you turn off service light 1998 on a V70 volvo.

Plug in the VST (Volvo system tester) to the OBD II plug get to the service light area and answer yes to reset the light. Have to have a scanner to get into the OBD to read or reset any codes  or service lights. Possibly  a generic scanner will activate the reset light. I only use the VST.
