Volvo: 2002 s60 stalling, and shifting, newer cars, hoses

Ihave 2 problems: first it has stalled several time while driving and lose control of everything...2nd when i go to accelerate when taking off the rpm's go way up and then it shifts with a jerk

on a car that new i'm not sure, because these newer cars have transmission computers too, (pcm's , powertrain contol modules )i have no idea what it could be, if it were me i would pop the hood make sure all the hoses are connected and connectors, not sure if you will find anything, but you never know, loose hoses really wreak havoc big time.
