Volvo: volvo s 40, volvo s 40, volvo company

AM in the marker of buying a new 2006  volvo s40 2.4i. For some time now they been built very good a reliable. But here is my question? Are the new volvos really as good as they used to be.  I keep hearing lots of people having problems with the new s40s. I beleive the reason is because that fact that Ford recently bought the volvo company. Are volvos still made well as they used to be?

Hello Tommy! Don't believe that Volvo quality has gone down since the Ford buyout. A Volvo is still a Volvo! I see Volvo influencing the design of new Fords! I do have a soft spot for the older Volvos. They are the cars that built the reputation. However, No matter what car you buy or who you talk to, someone will always have something bad to say. I personally own a 1992 Volvo and a 2004 Volvo. Love them Both!
