Volvo: Brake pipes for Volvo 240, brake pipes, brake hoses

Dear Sir,

I want to replace the brake hoses at my 240 GL 1986 (front and rear ones). When the Volvo mechanic tried to replace the front ones the brake pipes were damaged and need to be replaced. The engineer couldn't find the right ones he said that for this model are five different brake pipes avaliable so I must search for the right ones on  my own because this is a problem that needs to be solved fast.
If possible please help me finding the right ones.

I wasn't aware there were different size brake pipes available for the same model 240.  I would suggest going to http://www.vlvworld.com/ and http://www.ipdusa.com/ to search for parts of that nature.  I also suggest you visit http://www.brickboard.com/ and post this question in the 240 section to get some opinions from fellow owners of the 86 240.  Hope that helps!
