I removed the caliper and pads of the rotor and the rotor wont come off still i cant figure it out i beat on it and it still wont come off could it be something with the axel nut?

There are two small bolts on the inner diameter of the rotor, inside the radius of the normal tire bolt pattern.  Those secure the rotor to the bearing plate, and need to be removed to get it off.  They are small, so you'll need something like a 14mm open ended wrench.  Good luck!
