Volvo: idle speed on 1987 Volvo 760 Turbo intercooler, turbo intercooler, volvo 760

Hi.  Is there a relatively easy way to set the idle up on this car?  It starts fine, but dies when put into gear.  It seems to be fine after it has warmed up, but getting it out of the garage is a pain.

Hello Roger! Before you set the idle, it is a good idea to clean and adjust the throttle body first. Then you can adjust the idle by grounding the idle motor and turning the idle screw. If you are unsure about how to do it, let a pro do it for you.
