Volvo: 1996 850 Turbo oil leak, 2 quarts, return pipe

Question
Hello,
My '96 850 Turbo has an oil leak which I have been told is coming from the turbo.  I've had the turbo return pipe removed/cleaned thoroughly, with the seals and gaskets replaced (7/03) and then the oil pan replaced (10/03).  I've been putting in 2 quarts of oil every 2-4 weeks.  I've put a lot of money into this car and am still paying off the loan (bought it used) so selling it is not an option.  What are my repair options?  Thanks is advance for your time and help!

Answer
Hello Susan! It is very rare for a Turbo to leak. I have seen the return line seals leak all the time. Is there smoke from the tailpipe? My guess is the rear main engine seal is leaking or the camshaft seals. I would have the car checked by a qualified Volvo technician. I'll be here if you need more help!
