Driving & Driving Test Tips: Right turn at stop sign question, sspn, moderate traffic

Question
Hello.  If I am at a stop sign to turn right, and I've stopped before the stop line and/or crosswalk.  I am on a four lane street.  Now, I am driving a SUV or sedan, and I have this huge, stopped 4x4 truck that I cant see over that wants to turn left that was traveling in the same direction as me, and hes crept so far forward into the crosswalk because of obstructing bushes to our left corner of the intersection.  The cross street has moderate traffic heading in both directions.

How do I proceed?  Can I creep into the crosswalk until I see a pedestrian/oncoming traffic?  Could I stop in the crosswalk when I see a pedestrian or oncoming traffic?  Do I wait at the stop line for him to clear?  What would the best legal thing to do?  Thanks You!

I have an example on Google Street view of the primary reason why I'm writing this if you are interested in seeing:

Answer
You would proceed forward very slowly to ascertain if it is safe to make your turn.   If pedestrians are in the crosswalk and would be interfered with if you moved you should yield to them first.  It is a matter of being able to see that it is safe before moving.
