Driving & Driving Test Tips: Backup Collisions, deep breath, collisions

Question
Outside of the office where I work there is 2 hour, diagonal parking.  Consequently, in my eight hour, M-F, shift I have to back out of parking spots quite frequently.  In my year at this position I have yet to have an accident but I wonder, what is the increased risk of me getting into a collision by moving my car this frequently?  Also, do I, more specifically, face increased odds of getting into a collision while in reverse? If so, do you have any statistics?  Your help is much appreciated.  Thank you!

Answer
I do not know of any statistics that are focused on your situation. In this case having to back up repeatedly may make you complacent or you might be focusing on a work problem when you go  out to move your care again.  So take a deep breath and concentrate on the driving at that moment remembering to be safe.
