can we drive a bike in down hill slope with gears neutral annd engine off? will it cause any damage to bike

Answer
I assume you are referring to a motorcycle.  first to operate a motor vehicle the engine is required to be running.  you can go down hill in neutral (how is anyone going to know?) but it is safer to be in gear to slow the vehicle down in case of an emergency.  second if you are in neutral and going down hill, you will only hurt the engine if you get going so fast that when you put it in gear it lugs the engine severely, but this would have to be going really fast to do so.
