can you please tell me if a mobile police camera van has a camera from front
window  aswell as rear?

It depends on the jusristiction.  there are many different companies that supply this kind of equipment and the cost is dependent on the system bought.  So a police van could have a forward camera, or not, depending on what sytem the municipality bought.
