hi mark,
im wondering what are the consequences for driving without a license, but i am 16yrs old and can travel on the road properly. e.g. not recklessley. i drive with my dad in the car as well. taking in account all of them things, what is the risk that i am taking?

That depends on your state laws.  In California your car would be impounded for 30 days (approximately $1200+ to get it out after 30 days), and your record would reflect that you were driving w/o a licanse, thus you would not be allowed to get your driver's license at the normal time.
