Driving & Driving Test Tips: Unsafe Backing., chevy avalanche, age discrimination

Question
I'm wanting to fight this because I have already done driving school.

I'm am 20yo, been driving since 14yo. But age shouldn't be going against me in this case. That would be age discrimination, saying that we always make mistakes when non of us are the same.
Today was a busy day at work. I work as a Quick Lube Attendent. I move vehicles, basic maintance on vehicles, cleaning up around the shop when its not busy, and whatever else they assign me to do. I was at no rush because business was slowing down. I was just heading over to get an Chevy Avalanche that needed to be buffered. I got into the vehicle and adjusted my mirrors to road level of the property. This vehicle has big vehicle. I constantly was turning my head and was aware of everything, but evidently I wasn't or else I wouldn't be here asking a question. I pulled close to right side of drive-way, another car was pulling in at the time coming in to wash bay, another car was parked at southside of driveway, and I stopped first at sidewalk, looked for objects, pedestrians, and uncoming traffic, and then pulled out. Suddenly I heard a cracking sound coming from passengers side on the outside towards read of vehicle. The side of the Chevy Avalanche was scrapping along a illegally unoccupied parked car. I did not see this car here it was small and didn't realize there was a vehicle that was  allowed to be parking there. Take to realize that this illegally unoccupied parked car was an employee that was working for the same company as me. I do not know what her career position is.
But... Take this to consideration also. The drive-way was higher then the street, mirrors to the Avalanche being higher then the vehicle, the angle i was pulling out, then the angle of the truck driving down off the drive-way into the street.
Why is there a no parking sign there and why is this drive-way first into an increasing before sidewalk then in a decreasing angle to the street? Therefor the angles of the street moving avalanche's mirrors up and not being able to move passenger's mirror down far enough to see. if anything was in that area. I would have seen it if was moving.

I dont know how to fight this saying I'm not at fault for this ticket and that the illegally unoccupied car shouldnt have been there in the first place. Please help.

I'm being drug tested, which I'm clean. Company's insurrence, I was on the clock at the time and yet its coming out of my pay check.
I make $9/HR and this accident is over $1000 in damage.

Answer
I don't know about AZ law, but usually there can not be a ticket for driving on private property.  the vehicle code only applies to the public highway.

I also don't understand why you are being held liable.  you were working as an employee at the location moving a client's vehicle for the company.  the company's insurance should cover any and all damages that araise as a result of an employee's actions.  you should not be paying anything.
