-----Answer-----
I would think that anyone travelling through a park where there is sports activity would realize that there is the possiblity of balls flying into the air and hitting thier vehicle, but in our society any one can sue any one for trivial things.

Answer
There is no specific law that I know of that addresses this issue.  It is common sense that if you drive near a location where balls may fly through the air your car could get hit.

this even happens a Dodger Stadium when a ball goes out of the stadium and hits a parked car.  It is an accident.  Not a traffic collision, in which, the movement of a convience causes the collision.
