Answer
Dear Andy,

I have not heard of this firmo paper. I have been doing some research on the Internet but I have come up blank (it doesn't help that I can't speak any French). I agree that in the European Union we should be able to work anywhere, but the French are known for their paper work. Also, they only like giving work to French citizens so maybe they just don't want to employ you. The best advice I can give is to ask your prospective employer where you are able to get this qualification. You could also try asking an expert specialising in France or Employment Practices

Let me know if you find out anything about this firmo paper so I can help anyone else who asks.
