I GOT  A 1995 RODEO 42WD 3.2L MFI SOHC 6CYL AND WHEN I PUT IT IN 4WH OR 4WL IT STARTS TO MAKE A WHINING NOSIE WHILE DRIVING CAN YOU HELP

This is quite common with 4-wheel drive vehicles.  This is due to the transfer case gear ratios.  When you put the transfer case into 4-wheel drive, you are turning another set of gears to run the front differential.  

If you think the whining is excessive, change the fluid in the transfer case.  If this doesn't help, take it to a reputable transmission shop that works on 4-wheel drives, and have them check the transfer case out for worn bearings, seals and gears.
