4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: ABS sensor, abs light, tst

Question
I think my ABS sensor has gone out.  When braking, my truck vibrates and shakes til stopped.  My ABS light is on and i've been driving without ABS for about six months or so.  If this in fact is the problem, how difficult is that to repair?  Do I replace all sensors at one time or have a diagnostic done and repair one?  Any suggesions?  Thank you!

Answer
Todd,

One of the sensors is bad in one of the wheels. The vibrating is actually the ABS stuck on. The ABS is doing its job by pulsating the pedal whan you are braking to keep from locking up the wheels. The best way to find it is to have the ABS code read since the light is on and this will tell you which sensor is bad and you just take the 2 screw out of the bad sensor and unplug the harness and replace in revers order of removal. Let me know what the tst results are!
