4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: 2003 Ford Expedition EB 5.4L, windshield wipers, battery cables

Question
My truck will seem like it is missing a cylinder at around 60MPH while trying to accelerate.  I had the plugs replaced June 2007, oil is always fresh, transmission flushed May 2008, people have told me that it could be either the computer or the ignition coils.  I have 137K miles on it, runs great I just want to get rid of the hesitation at the low RPM.  Also, do you know where the Fuel and Cabin filters are located?

Answer
I would lean more towards the ignition coils myself but, just a thought, I had a 96 mustang doing the same thing. Hesitated off idle and had an out of sync miss at high RPM. My wife took it to the dealership and they said it was either the ignition coils or the computer. Well when I got home from work I looked at itand noticed that the battery cables were very corroded. I took them loose and cleaned them really good with a wire brush and that car never ran so good. Might be a long shot but who knows ...may save you a buck or two. Also, the fuel filter will be located on the right side frame rail on the inside edge and the cabin filters will be under the cowl grill under the windshield wipers
