4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: 01 durango a/c problems, worng, inertia

Question
My front a/c stops blowing cold air when I stop ( or the rpm's lower). The rear a/c continues to run cold no matter what. My local dealer can't find anything worng with it and Im at my witts end, temps reach 120 here and I need cold air. Please help!!!

Answer
There is a diverter door inside the air box under the dash. when you are moving inertia holds it open but when you stop it closes by gravity. I am pretty sure this is your problem. This will require taking the air box apart to find but a little time and effort and it can be done
