how do i remove the fuse panel, the wires behind it have a short, i can see the smoke and the sparks when u move the harness. i have the 2 bolts out of it(the panel) but i cant get it to slide out.

There should be some bolts holding the panel in place. I would disconnect the battery before anything if you are having a shorted wire that is smoking when moved. But there should be 4 bolts around the outside of the panel holding it to the firewall, usually a nut driver will do the trick but take those out and see if it frees it up. Once you get it off and find the bad wire or connector, it is best to invest in some shrink wrap to put over it to keep it sealed a keep moisture out later. Keep me posted on your progress
