I just put new head gasket, intake manifold gaskets on her an she still acts like she is out of time , What could make it do that

First of all, did you check the timing, and ignition components?  Why did you replace the gaskets?  If it is missing,  I would suspect the ignition system.  If you had a prior gasket problem, you may not have torqued the head, or manifold properly.  Also, when you changed the head gaskets (I'm assuming that the original gaskets were blown), did you have the head checked to see that the head is not warped, or that you have some bad valves?
