4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: Nissan Pathfinder 1997 3.3 L 4x4, nissan pathfinder, wheel bearings

Hi Cory,

I have a Nissan Pathfinder 1997 4x4. I hit a rock few days ago with my frontal left tire (driver´s side), i took my car into a very good local suspension shop here down in La Paz, Mexico and nothing good happened. I spent too much time and money with others shops and the problem still is there.

The Problem is the next:
When i drive my cars and take a little hole or use my brakes, i can hear an feel a very strong noise. This is coming bigger with the time. The suspensions parts are all brand new but the problem is still there. Do you have any suggestion.

This could be one of two things, the first one being the tire is now unbalanced, out of round or the rim is messed up itself. the second oone could be the wheel bearings, and that would explain the noise. I would check both of those before going any further.
