4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: 1992 Ford Ranger 4x4 2.9 Fuel Injection, ford ranger 4x4, clutch linkage

Question
I am trying to replace a clutch in my 1992 Ranger, but I don't know how to remove the shifter or the clutch linkage? Would you happen to know how to do this?

the shifter is held on with 4 bolts on top of the transmission, to get to those take the shifter boot off. as for the linkage, thats a hard one. and all rangers are different. Id say pick up a haynes repair manual. theyre like 20 bucks at advance auto.
