i own a 1996 f250 4x2 and i want to convert it into a 4x4 straight axel i have the 460 xlt extended cab do you know if it is possible to get  conversion kit for

I don't know of any direct conversion kits specifically for this purpose.  I would contact Advance Adapters to see what they would suggest.

The easiest way would be to find a wrecked 4x4, and transfer the needed parts to your rig.
