My ignition is locked in the on position.  Do you have any suggestions or advice?  It is a 1986 Jeep Comanchee

Sounds like you may have a broken tumbler.  Try to work the steering wheel back and forth while you wiggle the key.  If it wont turn at all, you may be able to jump start it, and drive it to a locksmith.  If this doesn't work, call a locksmith, and see if they may have a suggestion.
