Suzuki: 91 suzuki fuel problem, oxygen sensor, fuel pressure

I have a 91 sidekick,died on the way to work one day thought it was fuel pump but it was fine.car will idle but once you push the accelerator sputters. sent the ecm for rebuild but same problem.any ideas.

Does it idle the same with the oxygen sensor disconnected?  If you very slowly and gently depress the accelerator in neutral does it sputter?  Are you certain the plugs, wires, cap, rotor and coil are ok?   What happens to the fuel pressure when you accelerate?   It has to be fuel, ignition, or mechanical.  By eliminating two, you can get to narrowing the remaining system to the actual defective part.
