Tips on Buying Cars: Returning a car, returning a car, faults

Question
I recently sold a car, informing the new owner of all the faults to the best of my knowledge, he also came down and test drove it and had the opportunity to check it out himself, but now he wants to return it because he has said the repair costs are too much, he has threatened my with legal action if i do not refund him his money, where do i stand?

Answer
You stand 100% in the clear, when someone buys a vehicle private they buy AS IS. whatever problems the vehicle may have becomes their problem not yours.
