Purchased Car: 2001 Infiniti-I30 on JUNE 18, 2007.$9690 cost, Put down$5500 Financed$4190 (building credit, etc)
Unknowingly signing papers (which i did read), but was not fully informed (nor parochially for that matter) of its context, limitations, or anything pertaining to the outcome once i drive off. Were it to break or fail to perform.
SHOULD ASKED I KNOW, LEARNING THE HARD WAY UNFORTUNATELY!!
None the less bought on my own, inexperienced obviously. Got home next morning start it, IT KILLS! check engine light comes on. And my troubles escalate from there. Called dealer he assures me everything's fine. O' & Opps... Forgot to enchain you can only use premium gas. Gave benefit of doubt. Still more & more problems accurse, to the point of becoming basically un derivable.
PROBLEM'S SEANCE DAY 2 OF PURCHASE & CONTINUING !!

>BARELY MAKES OVER BRIDGE WILL SWAY BACK & 4th STRAINING PWR
>AFTER LEAVING SHOP, NOW BRAKES R BARELY WRKING
>DRIVER ELEC. SIT STOPPED ALL WAY BACK HARD REACH PEDDLE
>HARD TO GET UP AT RED LIGHTS,ETC. VERY FRUSTRATING !
At my wits in after several trips to dealer, 3 to his main mechanic whom deals all his vehicle's. (I can't afford one, so any help would do, right? SO WRONG !! And i called on a almost daily basis grasping for answers any kind of explanation to what's going on.
AS it stands my calls are being avoided or put off.
BOTTOM line I've given them mutable chance's to redeem themselves, no more nice girl - i want action done!
LAST STRAW = Was when I dropped car off on Monday 8/6/07 told them keep it 3 days plenty of time to fix it. So they had no more excuse. .
RENTED car out my own pocket. COSTING ME $300!!
THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO SAY NOT READY WILL BE 1 MORE DAY!!
IT KILLS THE MOMENT I START IT !!!!!!!!!!!
Its WORSE then when i dropped it off NO EXAGGERATION !!!!
I Drive straight to another shop for second opinion. Which he states nothing looks NEW or EVEN handled as far as he can see. STATING: IF I'M WRONG SHOW ME THE OLD PARTS.

ON CARFAX I RAN ACROSS SOMETHING, IT STATED:
YOUR VIHICLE WHICH SHOWS A CLEAN TITLE ACCORDING TO DMV RECORDS , ETC. IT ACTUALLY DOES INDEED HAVE OR ONCE HAD A BRANDED TITLE THAT WENT UNACCOUNTED FOR, S'THING, S'THING, AND LEFT IT AT THAT.
TRIED TO RESEARCH MORE INTO IT BUT DIDNT KNOW WHERE TO LOOK EVERTHING WAS A DEAD END.
WHATS THE MEANING OR CONSEQENCE'S FOR NOT REPORTING IT & SALING IT UNDER FALSE PRETENTS.

o.k.....it looks like since you signed an as is agreement you may have aproblem. First, take the vin # and go to www.carfax.com pay the $20.00 or so and get a full report. If your contract does not mention a branded title you may have recourse. I would go to the local tv station and see if they have an action line reporter or something...Forget the fixing crap, obviously they either cannot or won't , yell loud and someone will lsiten...Just request a full refund, sounds like the car is a big problem, and you paid way too much money for all this grief and aggravation. The TV station thing is a GREAT idea, but its just not for me. I KNOW BEGGER'S CAN'T BE CHOOSERS! But i crumble under pressure, expecially when its publically being displayed..
If the Title issue comes up nothing & i continue to whimp out on the TV thing.
Is there any other route you could suggest. Maybe those whom financed the $4100 could assit me.

O.k......sounds bad since almost 2 months later......if you have afriend or if yu kno an attorney who can write a certified letter, that they failed to deliver there end of the contract, that may help getting things remedied. As far as who financed you, they will be of no help...I am sorry if i cannot give you any other solution...Or just go to an independent mechanic, get an estimate and go to small claims court..good luck!!
