Tips on Buying Cars: How risky is it to by a car with a rebuilt tittle, insurance issues, tittle

I am looking at a car with a rebuilt tittle. If i get it inspected by a mechanic and it looks good are there any other risks with buying a car with a rebuilt tittle?  I am aware of insurance issues, but other than that?
