Tips on Buying Cars: Car trade in, chevy cobalt, meagen

Good afternoon Aaron,
 I want to trade in my 2005 chevy cobalt LS but i'm behind on my payments. I can't really afford it at all its $400.00 a month so i was wondering if i'm able to go to a dealership and trade in my car for a cheaper payment if i'm behind a payment would it be okay?

It depends on a number of factors. If you're only one payment behind....then maybe. If your credit is otherwise decent........then probably. The only way to know for sure is to try it. If you are anywhere in New England, I could be of more help to you. If not, I wish you the best of luck.
