to buy this car new from a dealership what would be a good deal? What is the estimated market price?

I hope I understood your info correctly that this is a "four wheel drive" (fwd). If so, it appears that Ford has about a $1,200 profit built in to that vehicle. Also, they seem to have $2,500 cash back to you as well as $500 "market allowance" back to the dealer. Assuming all of that info to be correct, I would suggest that you buy that vehicle for $3,700 off of the MSRP or sticker price. Allowing the dealer a $500 profit is ample, and reasonable. Good luck!
