Tips on Buying Cars: All Wheel Drive, sienna mini van, awd vehicles

I am about to purchase a 2007 Toyota Sienna mini van. I am thinking about getting the AWD version since they are giving me a good price. I don't really need it but it would be nice to have when I travel to the hills of West Virignia. My question is whether there are a lot of problems with AWD vehicles and what types of problems would they be?  Your help is appreciated!

The Sienna is a very good mini van. The AWD is a nice piece of mind option. Do you live in West Virginia? There aren't any problems with the AWD system. Just to make sure you're getting as good a deal as you think, I would do a couple of things. First, I would check kbb.com and edmunds.com to make sure you're not being overcharged. Second, I would call the next closest dealer to get a price OVER THE PHONE for a similar vehicle. If it's better, either buy it, or give your original dealer a chance to match/beat it. Good luck!
