Tips on Buying Cars: Title chnage, salvage title, carfax

Question
I have a car with a salvage title. It is being rebuilt. I have all invoices and photographs to show that new parts were used and the work was done correctly. Is there a state were I can present the car and the proof of repair for inspection and have a new title issued without the salvage stamp?

I am not aware of any state that can issue a clean title once vehicle has been declared Salvage no matter how many new parts...
Whenever someone runs the vin # through carfax or registration the write off will show...sorry
